Way back when school was a thing you actually went to instead of logged on to, colleges were allowed to
travel to try and get people to apply for their school. One visit I remember in particular was Yale, mainly
because the cover said “Y&LE” and all I could read was “yandle”, but also because of what the
admissions officer said. Out of all the essays that she and her peers have read, they have yet to find
someone unique. No aspect of my personality exists that I can write about that would make me unique
to them. While the concept is strange at first, once you begin to think about it, it really isn’t. There’s
7.6ish billion people in this world.

So as to not end on that downer, apparently I am the only Juliann Hyatt in America, according to
howmanyofme.com. I guess that makes me unique in that way? I may also be the only person with
“The trashiest worm”, “tomat”, “gayvis”, and “The literal Police” as contacts in my phone. But that’s
circumstantial and overwhelmingly unimportant in the whole college thing.
