Assignment 5 - Justin Zhu

I watch TV, but mainly only for nostalgia's sake. Sometimes I'll turn on the TV and see that one of my favorite shows from Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon is getting a rerun such as Phineas and Ferb or Wizards of Waverly Place. Shows such as these hold an important in my heart and I can remember sitting on the couch for hours to watch the newest Wizards of Waverly Place movie. I also love shows such as Adventure Time and Regular Show. These shows were super weird but their crazy adventures never failed to awe me and left me looking forward to the next episode. These shows held such a close place to my heart that I even watched the finales even after other people considered me to be too old for "cartoons." On the other hand, I'm not the greatest fan of someone of the new shows or what they've decided to do to older shows. For example, remaking Teen Titans is personally one of the worst decisions as it completely ruined the vibe of the original.
