Assignment 13 Juliann Hyatt Writing this made me sick

Mental illness is becoming such a pervasive issue in our world, and those who have it are shunned and demonized as murderers or attention seekers or psychopaths. But is mental illness even a thing? It IS all in your head. And, with media such as Tumblr, problems like anxiety, depression, and OCD are becoming self nominating titles that are shown off as membership cards because their life is sooo hard because their “OCD” kicks in when their pens aren’t in rainbow order. The solution to this? Everyone who shows signs of mental illness is forcibly deported to Greenland with no medication, no infrastructure, and no prior notice. The only way to come back is to take various tests to prove that your “illness” is gone. Nobody will stay there, so this proves mental health isn’t real and is all a cry for attention. And, once their in Greenland, neurotypicals won’t have to hear about how hard their lives are even though they could just be happy.
