blog post 10 - Jake Waits

If zombies attack my plan is simple and I already have everything I need. I would drive to my farm with only close friends after we stock our cars with food, generators, gas, and weapons. Once there we would start fortifying everything by working on setting up barbwire fences and then relax. Since my farm is in the middle of nowhere there aren't many people or zombies to worry about so it becomes a game of waiting. We would most likely have electricity and gas for a few days then we have to decide you were going to spend our gas and what parts of life are necessary. The biggest problem would probably be other people trying to survive and attempting to gain access to the farm which has food, water, building materials, and transportation. The farm's food source of cattle and any crops we choose to grow is basically unlimited along with a nearby creek for water so, in theory, I could survive years or even decades during a zombie apocalypse.
